Gli 'Incredibili' sono una famiglia di potenti supereroi che sta cercando di vivere una tranquilla esistenza, dopo essere stati inseriti in un programma della protezione testimoni. Ma dei supercattivi stanno minacciando il mondo e gli Incredibili vengono richiamati all'azione...
RECENSIONE
La famiglia Parr e l'understatement per eccellenza. Bob impiegato delle assicurazioni stufo della quotidianit? di un lavoro frustrante, rinchiuso in una vita da pendolare nella sua piccola utilitaria. La moglie Helen presa a tirar su i tre figli: il piccolo Jack Jack, l'irrequieto Dash e la timida Violetta.
Tutto molto normale, anzi... troppo. In realt? i Parr fanno parte del programma governativo di protezione dei supereroi. La gente stanca di continui combattimenti con superpazzi svitati aveva iniziato a respingerli e loro hanno cos? tentato la strada di una vita normale, ma non sempre ? facile. Bob era Mr. Incredibile, invulnerabile, super forte e con qualche gadget d'aiuto, Helen era Elasticgirl, la donna che si allunga a volont? ed anche i loro figli hanno poteri speciali.
Bob stanco di nascondersi decide cos? di accettare del lavoro "speciale" senza dire nulla alla famiglia, ma il tutto si riveler? una terribile trappola del perfido Buddy Pine, alias Sindrome.
Come al solito la genialit? dello script dei prodotti Pixar supera anche la perizia tecnica con cui sono realizzate le sue produzioni. Merito in questo caso di Bird che ha saputo subliminale i suoi problemi di convivenza tra lavoro e famiglia e trascinarli in un contesto incredibile, appunto.
Questo lavoro porta per la prima volta personaggi umani sullo schermo (di solito la Pixar si ? sempre cimentata con tutto tranne che con le persone), ma in una dimensione super. Un mondo dai connotati anni sessanta che per? ? proiettato verso il futuro - secondo una moda inaugurata da Sky Captain - lasciando nella bocca dello spettatore il tipico gusto di un "Bond movie" degli anni settanta.
L'unico difetto del lungometraggio ?, purtroppo, proprio la sua lunghezza (due ore) che porta la storia a dipanarsi in maniera piuttosto sofferta in alcuni punti, anche perch? l'ironia questa volta ? meno pungente a dispetto di un mondo che trova spunti satirici pi? nella sua stessa esistenza che nelle battute dei personaggi.
Comunque alla fine il divertimento ? assicurato.
Nota: il film - come ormai d'abitudine - ? preceduto da un breve lungometraggio, in questo caso assolutamente dimenticabile.
Curiosit?: il design del mostro che Mr. Incredibile e famiglia combattono ? quello di The black Hole, film Disney del '79.
La chicca: il personaggio di Edna ? ispirato alla costumista di moltissime produzioni degli studios, Edith Head.
La frase: "Tutti sono speciali, che sarebbe come dire che non lo ? nessuno."
Indicazioni: Sia per chi ama i cartoon che l'avventura.
