Questa edizione aggiunge parti prese da otto versioni di stampa per presentare quella
che si pensa essere la più completa ricostruzione dell'opera...
Il film è muto con i cartelli in inglese e i Sub in Italiano in un file srt.

The Lost World è un film del 1925 ed è la prima trasposizione cinematografica
del romanzo omonimo di Sir Arthur Conan Doyle scritto nel 1912.
Il film è capostipite di un fortunato filone cinematografico,
quello del "mondo perduto" popolato di creature preistoriche.
Il film è stato ritenuto "culturalmente significativo" dalla Biblioteca del Congresso ed è
stato selezionato per la conservazione negli Stati Uniti presso la National Film Registry.
Il film per la prima volta (1925) mostrava al grande pubblico dei dinosauri
viventi, visto che fino ad allora si erano visti solamente gli scheletri.
