Gli occhi del diavolo, il film diretto da Daniel Stamm, segue le vicende di una scuola di esorcismo, riaperta segretamente dal Vaticano, dopo l'aumento dei casi di possessione demoniaca. La Chiesa ha deciso di riprendere ad formare i sacerdoti, convinta che sia l'unico modo per difendersi dal male dilagante. Ma solo agli uomini è permesso effettuare esorcismi, con rammarico di suor Ann (Jacqueline Byers), giovane religiosa 25enne convinta di avere una vocazione per l'esecuzione di esorcismi. L'unico a vedere in lei questo dono speciale è un professore, che decide di farle da mentore, permettendole di assistere alle lezioni e a studiare come svolgere il rituale.
Quando suor Ann si imbatte in uno dei pazienti della scuola, si ritroverà faccia a faccia con una potente forza demoniaca, che infesterà l'intero istituto. L'anima della stessa suora sarà in pericolo, perché il demone è strettamente correlato al passato traumatico di Ann
