Nel 2016 venne scelto per la conservazione nel National Film Registry della Biblioteca del Congresso negli Stati Uniti.

Lost Horizon is a 1937 film directed by Frank Capra, based on the novel of the same name by James Hilton.
He was awarded two Oscars (best scenography and best editing) and got five nominations: best film, assistant director (Charles C. Coleman), supporting actor (H.B. Warner), music, sound.
In 2016 he was chosen for conservation in the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress in the United States.
