Sullo stesso palco artisti di differenti culture e nazionalità si uniscono per cantare le musiche delle tre religioni monoteiste: cristiana, ebraica e musulmana.: le Cantigas di Santa Maria, che narrano i miracoli della Vergine Maria ed è la più importante raccolta di monodia cortese dell'Europa medievale, la cantilazione del Corano e al grande genere della musica classica araba muwashah, nato nel medioevo in seno alla scuola arabo-andalusa, i canti e le musiche degli Ebrei sefarditi, espulsi dalla Spagna nel 1492 e dal Portogallo nel 1508.
