Dopo una serie di singoli ben accolti ed essere acclamato rappresentante di club e feste,
Rithma ci concede un album ricco di ritmi ipnotici, campionamenti jazzy, collage sperimentale low-key il tutto confezionato in un invitante atmosfera.
In effetti, una delle cose più notevoli di questo album è che, anche se si tratta di musica da ballo (in teoria) l'album attinge pesantemente a suoni acid jazz e gli elementi hip-hop.
Così, mentre le battute urtano con suoni decisamente più funky, i frammenti jazz conferiscono al tutto un tocco inebriante di classe.
La combinazione funziona meravigliosamente e rende questo un esordio degno di nota da parte un giovane artista. |
