Trama
Tae-Suk è un giovane che trascorre le sue giornate entrando nelle case lasciate vuote occasionalmente dai proprietari. Dorme sul divano, si fa la doccia, lava i panni, aggiusta gli oggetti che non funzionano, gioca a golf e si scatta fotografie da solo con la sua camera digitale. Tutto con una leggerezza quasi ultraterrena. Un giorno, entrando in una casa, si accorge che c'è una ragazza, Sun-hwa, che ha dei segni di maltrattamenti sul viso. Sono i continui litigi con il marito. Tae-suk, la prende con sé, per vagare insieme nelle case degli altri, e condividere questo strano modo di vivere che trasforma, lentamente, la loro amicizia in amore. Un evento inaspettato li allontanerà, ma non per sempre.
Ferro 3 descrive la solitudine dei protagonisti, eliminando il dialogo, limitato alle grida fredde dei personaggi di contorno, e lasciando parlare i silenzi dei sinuosi movimenti di Tae-Suk.
Un film magico, piccolo e immenso allo stesso tempo, che narra i sentimenti con la fantasia e la leggerezza delle emozioni.
