Questo è uno dei set più diretti del chitarrista Larry Coryell, una sessione dal sapore bop registrata in un solo giorno con un ottimo quartetto che aveva appena suonato una settimana al Village Vanguard. Con il pianista Albert Dailey, il bassista George Mraz e il batterista Billy Hart che lo ispirano chiaramente, Coryell esegue tre brani originali per lo più swing (tra cui "No More Booze, Minor Blues" e "Good Citizen Swallow", dedicato al bassista Steve Swallow), "Glorielle" di Jimmy Webb e una coppia di standard bop ("Confirmation" e "It Never Entered My Mind"). Quest'ultimo brano ha una voce efficace della moglie del chitarrista, Julie Coryell. Per tutto il film, Larry Coryell dimostra che avrebbe potuto diventare uno stilista top bop se avesse voluto seguire quella direzione, invece di seguire il suo percorso più innovativo ed eclettico.
