Trama:
Tratta dal romanzo Fuoco e Sangue di George R.R. Martin, la serie è ambientata 200 anni prima degli eventi citati ne Il Trono di Spade e racconta la storia della leggendaria Casa Targaryen. Dopo l'incoronazione di re Aegon II, la seconda stagione di House of the Dragon segue i “Verdi" e i "Neri" mentre inizia la Danza dei Draghi. I nuovi episodi vedranno infatti il regno spaccarsi: ciascuna delle due fazioni ritiene legittima la propria aspirazione al Trono di Spade, e tutti dovranno scegliere per quale fazione di Casa Targaryen schierarsi.
