Lelouch un ignaro studente di liceo, all'oscuro del suo passato ribelle come Zero, incontra una misteriosa donna nota come C.C., che riesce a fargli recuperare la memoria. Recuperati i suoi ricordi e l'uso del Geass distrugge i suoi assalitori e si dichiara ancora una volta Zero,decidendo di finire ciò che aveva iniziato.
