La fotomodella milanese Evelyn muore d'aborto clandestino; subito dopo, una serie di misteriosi omicidi coinvolge tutti i colleghi dell’atelier dove lavorava. L'assassino, celato da un abbigliamento da motociclista, uccide dapprima il medico abortista, dopodiché, con violenza inaudita uccide Mario, fotografo della casa di moda, Gisella, proprietaria dell’atelier, suo marito Maurizio. Anche altri operatori della casa di moda, fra cui diverse modelle, vengono assassinati. La polizia avrà molto filo da torcere prima di smascherare l’omicida.
