Di questi casi segnalati, più della metà delle persone scomparse sono individui di colore, spesso trascurati dal sistema con troppa facilità. Gabi Mosely, un tempo scomparsa lei stessa, si è specializzata nella comunicazione e guida una squadra di gestione delle crisi che si occupa di rintracciare queste persone scomparse.
