La storia, l'ambientazione e la fisionomia degli alieni sono basate su una vecchia celebre serie di figurine, in omaggio con un tipo di caramelle in voga negli anni sessanta.
The film is a black comedy with macabre tones that pays homage to science fiction (especially B-movies) typical of the fifties. The story, the setting and the appearance of the aliens are based on an old famous series of figurines, in homage with a type of candy in vogue in the sixties.
