"La Sant Andreu Jazz Band è un sogno che si avvera. È il risultato di condividere la mia passione per il jazz con i suoi membri (la maggior parte dei quali ha tra i 10 e i 16 anni), di credere che possano fare altrettanto o meglio di me , di sentirsi lo studente più avanzato piuttosto che l'insegnante, e di non porre limiti alle proprie capacità.La band si è formata nel 2006, nel cuore della Escola Municipal de Música de Sant Andreu.Da allora si è gradualmente sviluppata in quello che è oggi: un gruppo musicale grande, aperto, in continua evoluzione.
