Perfetta, in questo senso, è la fotografia quasi espressionista di Franco Delli Colli, cupissima e funzionale al mare di oscurità persistente, avvolgente, “strutturale”, in cui, tra spicchi di luce, si muovono i protagonisti, e che serve a Mattei per frammentare l’inquadratura, rimpicciolirla, ghettizzarla.
