Il set si conclude con rarità dal vivo come E5150 e Neon Knights, originariamente apparse nel 2007 nella collezione in edizione limitata di Rhino Handmade, Black Sabbath: Live At Hammersmith Odeon. Heaven and Hell è il nono album in studio dei Black Sabbath, originariamente pubblicato nell'aprile 1980.
