Pescatori e mostri marini, in un tripudio di splatter e donne discinte. Gli ingredienti ci sono tutti, un horror datato ma che funziona ancora una meraviglia.
Horror semplice ma fatto bene, lo si nota dalla cura dei dettagli che altrove viene tralasciata senza ritegno. Chi si azzuffa non perde i lividi nella scena successiva, il make-up è impeccabile, la sceneggiatura solida, il ritmo e la tensione di buon livello e anche la spiegazione scientifica di fondo non è totalmente campata in aria
Fishermen and sea monsters, in a riot of splatter and naked women. The ingredients are all there, a dated horror that still works beautifully.
Simple horror but well done, you can see it from the attention to detail that elsewhere is neglected without restraint. Whoever gets into a fight doesn't lose the bruises in the next scene, the make-up is flawless, the script solid, the rhythm and tension of a good level and even the underlying scientific explanation is not totally far-fetched.
