La tragedia che ha coinvolto la sua famiglia, non è stata in realtà un incidente, ma la conseguenza di un attacco terroristico coperto dal governo. Stephanie decide così di assumere l'identità di un noto assassino per mettersi sulle tracce di chi ha compiuto il massacro e vendicarsi dei responsabili.
