La banda Conti rapisce il figlio d'un ricco ingegnere lombardo e uccide un poliziotto privato che l'aveva smascherata. Per vendicare il fratello e liberare il ragazzo sequestrato, interviene un ex gangster, Rambo, divenuto servitore del tutto personale della giustizia. Rambo, usando come esca il cospicuo riscatto (due miliardi), mette la banda dei vecchio Paternò contro quella del Conti, sicché i due gruppi quasi si sterminano. Solo contro i superstiti spietati ed esasperati, conclude lo sterminio liberando il ragazzo. Il vecchio Paternò, ormai isolato e umiliato, si suicida, e Rambo riparte a cavallo della sua moto.
The Conti gang kidnaps the son of a rich Lombard engineer and kills a private policeman who had unmasked him. In order to avenge his brother and free the kidnapped boy, a former gangster intervenes, Rambo, who has become a very personal servant of justice. Rambo, using the conspicuous ransom (two billion) as bait, puts the band of the old Paternò against that of the Conti, so that the two groups almost exterminate themselves. Only against the ruthless and exasperated survivors, ends the extermination freeing the boy. The old Paternò, now isolated and humiliated, commits suicide, and Rambo starts again on his bike.
